What is the return policy?
- Damaged Orders: If your package arrives damaged, please contact your local post office immediately to file a claim. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes up to $100 of insurance coverage through USPS. Once your order has been transferred to USPS, we are not responsible for any delays, damages, or other issues that may occur during transit.
- Incorrect or Defective Items: If you receive an incorrect item or one with a production-related defect (such as a misspelling or flaw), please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery for review and a possible replacement.
- Customer Errors: We cannot replace orders that contain errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., spelling, sizing, or customization details).
- Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will NOT be eligible for replacement.
Are any purchases final sale?

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Orders may only be modified if production has not yet begun. Please review all order details before completing your purchase.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are determined by your location and the contents of your order, and the total cost will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage by default, which includes up to $100 of insurance coverage. Free shipping on orders over $99 will also be sent via USPS Ground Advantage. USPS Priority Mail is available at an additional cost if you prefer faster delivery and up to $100 as well of insurance on most shipments.
When will I get my order?
Standard processing time is 1 week. Rush processing may be available for an additional fee.
DTF and UV-DTF transfers and gang sheets ship within 48–72 hours. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Fridays will be processed the next business day.
