Refund policy

All Sales Are Final 

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Orders may only be modified if production has not yet begun. Please review all order details before completing your purchase.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

  • Damaged Orders: If your package arrives damaged, please contact your local post office immediately to file a claim. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes up to $100 of insurance coverage through USPS. Once your order has been transferred to USPS, we are not responsible for any delays, damages, or other issues that may occur during transit.
  • Incorrect or Defective Items: If you receive an incorrect item or one with a production-related defect (such as a misspelling or flaw), please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery for review and a possible replacement.
  • Customer Errors: We cannot replace orders that contain errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., spelling, sizing, or customization details).
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will NOT be eligible for replacement.
