Damaged Orders: If your package arrives damaged, please contact your local post office immediately to file a claim. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes up to $100 of insurance coverage. Once your order has been transferred to USPS, we are not responsible for any delays, damages, or other issues that may occur during transit.
Incorrect or Defective Items: If you receive an incorrect item or one with a production-related defect (such as a misspelling or flaw), please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery for review and a possible replacement.
Customer Errors: We cannot replace or refund orders that contain errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., spelling, sizing, or customization details).
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will NOT be eligible for replacement.
Are any purchases final sale?
All Sales Are Final. Once an order has ben submitted, it cannot be canceled or refunded, only modified. Please review all order details before completing your purchase.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are determined by your location and the contents of your order, and the total cost will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage by default, which includes up to $100 of insurance coverage. Free shipping on orders over $99 will also be sent via USPS Ground Advantage.USPS Priority Mail is available at an additional cost if you prefer faster delivery and up to $100 as well of insurance on most shipments.
When will I get my order?
Our standard processing time is 1 week. Expedited or rush processing may be available for an additional fee.
